1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChatFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChatFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that:

The Service will be available at all times or free from interruptions
The Service will be error-free or secure
Defects will be corrected immediately
The Service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChatFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChatFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
